Jeff Gardner is a Los Angeles–based award-winning sound designer, audio producer, and foley artist whose work spans theatre, live performance, and immersive storytelling.
A recipient of the LADCC, Stage Raw, and Ovation Awards, Jeff received the Ovation Award for Best Sound Design for August Wilson’s TWO TRAINS RUNNING, produced by Sophina Brown, and was recognized with BroadwayWorld Los Angeles’ Sound Design of the Decade for NATIVE SON with Antaeus Theatre Company.

Jeff’s work has been seen at leading institutions across the country, including The Kennedy Center, Shakespeare Theatre Company, Arena Stage, Studio Theatre, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Cleveland Play House, Baltimore Center Stage, Geffen Playhouse, Pasadena Playhouse, Mark Taper Forum, Kirk Douglas Theatre, Boston Court Pasadena, The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
He is also a regular live foley performer with L.A. Theatre Works, creating sound effects in real time for recorded productions and live audiences.
